Automation Developer
About the role
Blue Ocean Strategic Partners is seeking experienced Full-Stack Developers for long-term, full-time positions that are fully remote and based in Sri Lanka. The role involves using code to automate real business processes, connect systems, eliminate repetitive work, build applications, and solve operational problems. Candidates should have 3–7 years of experience and exposure to Python, Django, Flask or FastAPI, React/JavaScript, REST APIs, system integrations, SQL/PostgreSQL, Azure or other cloud platforms, and business process automation. The company values problem-solving and practical solution-building skills. The position is not focused on RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere. Successful candidates will work with a U.S.-based team.
