Senior Manager - Information Technology
About the role
The Senior Manager - Information Technology is responsible for overseeing the company's IT infrastructure, applications, digital transformation initiatives, and technology operations to ensure uninterrupted business support. Key responsibilities include leading IT operations, infrastructure, networking, and systems administration; developing and implementing IT strategies; managing core financial systems and digital platforms; ensuring system availability, security, backup, and disaster recovery; overseeing vendor management and IT procurement; managing IT budgets and resource planning; leading technology projects and digital transformation initiatives; and ensuring compliance with regulatory and cybersecurity requirements. The role reports to the Executive Director or Chief Operating Officer.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT management.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in financial institutions preferred.
