Technical Field Officer
About the role
The Technical Field Officer is responsible for installing and repairing POS systems, printers, and vending machines, supporting the sales team with equipment setup and demonstrations, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site, ensuring timely completion of service tasks, and providing excellent customer service while coordinating with support teams. Candidates should have a G.C.E. O/L and an IT-related certificate or equivalent, a basic understanding of electronics and/or computer hardware, problem-solving skills for technical issues, and a willingness to travel frequently for customer visits. Must have
