Tech Lead - Process Automation
About the role
The Technical Lead - Process Automation at ITX360 (Pvt) Ltd will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of automation developers, owning solution architecture across platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, AI, and custom solutions. The role involves establishing development standards, reusable frameworks, and security practices, as well as driving the automation pipeline from assessment to delivery. The position requires partnering with business teams to identify process improvements, overseeing solution design and documentation, and ensuring compliance with IT and security standards. The company specializes in enterprise technology solutions, including automation, cloud services, and information security, and is seeking dynamic individuals to join their expanding team.
Must have
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in enterprise automation, including 3 years in a Team Lead / Technical Lead capacity.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer – Required
- UiPath AI Professional Certification – Required
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of automation architecture and Process Excellence.
- Experience with Git / Azure DevOps, CI/CD and code management.
- Strong technical documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI/agentic automation and solution architecture will be an advantage.
