About the role
Gluon Force is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Project Delivery & Quality Assurance team. The role involves bridging Research and Engineering teams, refining technical ideas into user-friendly product features, and acting as the internal advocate for customer needs. Key responsibilities include streamlining product ideas, ensuring project delivery and quality control, standardizing processes, and collaborating across teams to maintain alignment and report progress. The position includes a paid two-week trial focused on establishing foundational project management systems for the client.
Must have
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
- Strong product intuition with a customer-first mindset and a track record of simplifying complex technical processes.
- Proficiency in task and project management systems (e.g., kanban boards, issue tracking tools) and workflow design.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and triage capabilities under tight timelines.
- Ability to work aligned with Malaysian business hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM MYT).
