Senior AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI & LLM)
About the role
The Senior AI/ML Engineer (Generative AI & LLM) will design, develop, deploy, and maintain predictive analytics and machine learning models to support data-driven decision-making across various banking domains such as risk management, customer analytics, fraud detection, treasury, and operational optimization. The role involves developing and maintaining ML models, designing feature engineering pipelines, building models for specific banking use cases, performing data exploration and model evaluation, monitoring model performance, collaborating with stakeholders, deploying models, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have a strong background in Python, SQL, and relevant ML frameworks, with at least four years of industrial experience in machine learning or data science.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Four years' industrial experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Predictive Analytics.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Experience with feature engineering and model evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of statistical modelling and predictive analytics
