IT Assistant
About the role
The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, server-side systems, software, and network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include managing LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, access points, firewalls, and supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams. The role also involves configuring and troubleshooting CCTV and DVR/NVR systems, with knowledge of 3CX/PABX systems considered an advantage. The position requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and a minimum of two years of experience. Must have
- Diploma or Certificate in IT or related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Server Side and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, Access Point, firewalls and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, DVR/NVR, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of 3CX / PABX systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently research, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Freshers with strong practical IT knowledge are encouraged to apply.
