Assistant Engineer - Business Excellence (m/f/d)
About the role
The Assistant Engineer - Business Excellence at Variosystems will support digitalization and automation initiatives, particularly within the M365 and Power Tools environment, collaborating with IT application experts. The role involves consulting and guiding business functions in building solutions such as PowerBI, managing and supporting business tools like Qlik and OTRS, and coordinating digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives. The position also includes providing training to employees to foster operational excellence and working closely with stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and project management skills, and experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and the M365 platform.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Engineering from a recognized professional institute.
- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in the relevant field.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Should be a Team Player processing strong analytical, interpersonal, negotiation and project management skills.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, Follow through commitments and meeting deadlines.
- Working experience in MS Outlook, Excel, and the M365 platform is required.
Nice to have
- Experience in Project management will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, OTRS, and Qlik will be an added advantage.
