About the role
NexaGroup is seeking a Web Development Executive to join their tech team and work across multiple group brands, including NexaDigitas, NexaEventos, NexaMoments, BookEventos, NexaCreatives, and TamilPlus. The role involves developing, customizing, maintaining, and optimizing WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and a smooth user experience. Key responsibilities include building responsive pages with Elementor, working with themes and plugins, optimizing website speed, troubleshooting, collaborating with other teams, and managing multiple website tasks.
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience with WordPress
- Good knowledge of Elementor or similar page builders
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugins
- Understanding of responsive web design
- Basic knowledge of website performance and SEO
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong task management and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
