Associate Technology Operation Engineer
About the role
Aeturnum is seeking an Associate Technology Operations Engineer to join their Technology Operations team. The role involves providing daily IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting device deployment, maintaining IT asset inventory, and assisting with compliance and cybersecurity activities in an ISO 27001:2022-certified environment. The position is on-site and requires strong communication, documentation, and a service-oriented mindset. Candidates should have hands-on IT support exposure, basic networking knowledge, and a willingness to work on-site. The company offers practical experience in technology operations, exposure to compliance and cybersecurity practices, and opportunities for career growth in IT support and operations.

- Hands-on IT support or technical support exposure.
