AI Solutions Engineer
About the role
The AI Solutions Engineer at Amana Bank will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-powered applications and solutions. The role includes building generative AI applications, conversational assistants, RAG solutions, and AI agents, integrating AI services with banking systems, developing reusable AI components and workflows, implementing enterprise knowledge and document processing capabilities, and supporting deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in software development with practical exposure to AI application development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative and analytical thinking, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
Must have
- Minimum 3 years experience in software development with demonstrable practical exposure to AI application development
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Creative, analytical with time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline
