Associate Business Analyst
About the role
Haulmatic Technologies is seeking an Associate Business Analyst for a full-time position. The role involves analyzing complex business data, identifying performance gaps, conducting business process modeling, and recommending solutions to enhance operations. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, prepare reports, support project management, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions. Candidates should have a first class bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 6 months of professional experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The company is a software product firm focused on cloud platforms for international trade, supply chain, and logistics, with headquarters in Singapore and offshore development centers.
Must have
- First Class Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Mathematics.
- At least 6 months of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in business analysis.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with key stakeholders.
- Experience in business process modeling and a solid understanding of business domains.
- Proficiency in efficient requirements gathering and documentation.
