Full-Stack Engineer
About the role
The Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying full-stack web applications from requirements to production. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining frontend, backend, APIs, and databases on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, implementing secure document management and background processing, integrating AI models and APIs, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop user-friendly solutions. The role also involves maintaining technical documentation, reviewing code, and supporting additional technical projects as required. The position offers remote work with occasional meetings at the Colombo 5 office in Sri Lanka, paid leave, career upskilling opportunities, and access to eLearning courses.
Must have
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications from requirements to production.
- Build and maintain frontend, backend, APIs, and databases on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Implement secure document management, background processing, and human review and approval workflows.
- Integrate AI models and APIs into applications, ensuring reliability, security, and data protection.
- Make effective technical architecture and technology stack decisions to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with operational stakeholders to develop user-friendly solutions and resolve production issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, review code, and follow best practices for quality, security, and confidentiality.
- Use AI development tools responsibly and support additional technical projects as required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any other related field.
