Frontend Developer Intern
About the role
Kangaro Tech, a technology company under CIMA Group, is seeking a creative and motivated Frontend Developer Intern to join their engineering team. The role involves developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces, building reusable UI components, converting UI/UX designs into functional web pages, and integrating backend services via REST APIs. Interns will work closely with experienced developers, participate in code reviews, and gain hands-on experience with real-world projects. Must have
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Basic understanding of React.js.
- Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
- Understanding of DOM manipulation and JavaScript fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of component-based architecture.
- Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
