About the role
EverestX is seeking an Ecommerce Sales & Digital Marketing Intern to join their team and gain practical experience in a real e-commerce project. The intern will handle customer enquiries and follow-ups via WhatsApp, convert enquiries into sales, manage orders using Odoo ERP, support paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, promote payment and installment options, and coordinate deliveries. The role offers training, exposure to sales and digital marketing, and the opportunity to grow within the company.
Must have
- Good communication skills in Sinhala (primary) and English.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- A proactive attitude and good customer-handling skills.
