About the role
As a Senior Business Analyst at NeuralNexus, you will act as the bridge between enterprise business processes and the development of advanced Trading and Auction platforms. The role involves leveraging the latest AI tools, including Large Language Models, to accelerate requirements gathering, process modeling, and workflow automation. You will work with stakeholders to decompose operational problems, identify automation opportunities, and translate requirements into specifications for engineering teams. The position requires deep systems analysis, AI tool fluency, and a user-centric approach to human-agent collaboration. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Consultant, with a strong emphasis on enterprise trading platforms.
- Practical experience utilizing modern LLMs and AI-powered business analysis tools .
- Proven experience in mapping complex, non-linear business processes using tools.
- Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, particularly LLM-based applications, agentic frameworks, context windows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Solid grasp of interaction design principles for AI interfaces, focusing on dynamic user prompts, feedback loops, and intuitive control mechanisms for autonomous systems.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Excel, and analytics platforms to drive decision-making and measure AI efficacy.
