ERP Specialist
About the role
Tea Tang (Pvt) Ltd., a leading tea manufacturing and value addition company, is seeking an ERP Specialist to join their ERP team. The role involves analyzing business requirements, optimizing ERP systems for auction purchasing, manufacturing, and retail operations, and working closely with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams to improve process efficiency. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting Odoo modules, conducting user requirement gathering, coordinating technical enhancements, supporting ERP testing and implementation, and monitoring ERP utilization for continuous improvement. Candidates should have a relevant degree or diploma, at least 5 years of ERP implementation experience, hands-on Odoo ERP experience, strong business process understanding, and excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Must have
- Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Information Systems, Management, ERP or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and/or enhancement.
- Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, enhancement and functional support.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly procurement, inventory, manufacturing, finance, warehousing and sales.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with tea industry-related businesses is strongly preferred.
- Specific experience in bulk tea export, value-added tea processing and retail distribution will be an advantage.
- Experience with Odoo 18.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Experience in business process improvement and re-engineering.
