About the role
The Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing program mobilization, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, commercial control, risk management, and ensuring a successful transition from Discovery into implementation. The role involves leading the delivery team, managing program plans and milestones, coordinating across multiple workstreams, and ensuring effective governance and financial tracking. The position requires significant experience in enterprise technology or data transformation, with a focus on complex, multi-region programs. The role also emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to work with both executive stakeholders and technical teams.
Must have
- 12+ years program/project leadership in enterprise technology or data transformation.
- Experience in delivering at least 1 complex, multi-region data transformation program within the last 5 years.
- Experience leading multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder delivery.
- Strong RAID, dependency, change and commercial management.
- Governance forum design and facilitation
- Ability to operate with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong written communication and governance discipline.

- International/multi-region delivery.
