About the role

Scybers is seeking a Global Cybersecurity Presales Specialist to join its expanding global sales organization. The role involves developing compelling proposals, coordinating customer opportunities, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to convert opportunities into successful business engagements. Key responsibilities include preparing customer proposals, managing RFP/RFI responses, tracking opportunities, supporting sales leaders, maintaining CRM records, and improving sales collateral. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT services presales or related fields, strong business writing and communication skills, proficiency in office and CRM tools, and excellent organizational abilities. The position offers exposure to international markets, next-generation cybersecurity technologies, and opportunities for career growth within a high-impact, collaborative environment.

Must have

2–5 years of experience in IT services presales, bid management, proposal development, or B2B technology sales support.
Excellent business writing and communication skills in English.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
Ability to produce professional proposals and presentations with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong follow-through.

Nice to have

Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud services, or managed IT services is an advantage.
