IT Executive
About the role
Suwanda Industries, a joint venture with Eswaran Brothers and Cycle Pure Incense India, is seeking an IT Executive to manage and support daily IT operations. The role involves maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting SFA, ERP, and business applications, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to users. Key responsibilities include supporting the Sales team's SFA system, training users on SFA and SAP ERP, maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with vendors. The position requires a relevant degree or diploma, 1-2 years of experience in IT operations, and proficiency in Windows technologies and Office 365. The candidate should be adaptable, resourceful, and possess good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SFA, SAP ERP, end-user support, IT operations, Windows technologies, network infrastructure.
- Proficient in MS Windows 10/11 operating systems, MS Office 365, printer management, computer device maintenance.
- The ideal candidate should be results-driven, adaptable, flexible, resourceful, and have a positive attitude.
- Good communication skills in both English and Sinhala languages are required to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Nice to have
- Exposure to manufacturing environment will be a definite advantage.
