IT Support and Network Assistant
About the role
The IT Support and Network Assistant role at Nevil Nutri Feeds (PVT) Ltd. involves troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for laptops and desktops, installing and maintaining computers, printers, and IT equipment, and providing day-to-day IT support to staff and users. The position also includes troubleshooting network connectivity, configuring and maintaining routers, switches, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks, assisting with basic router configuration, and maintaining records of IT equipment, issues, repairs, and maintenance. Candidates should have relevant qualifications in IT or networking, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software, and networking, and practical experience with router configuration and network troubleshooting.
Must have
- Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in IT / Networking.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Practical knowledge of router configuration and network troubleshooting is required.
- Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in an IT support or network support role will be an added advantage.
