Senior Project Engineer - Network Security
About the role
The Senior Project Engineer - Network Security at Cube Networks is responsible for designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in networking, security, and data centre domains. The role involves leading project delivery, conducting client workshops, developing documentation, providing technical leadership, and supporting presales and architecture activities. The engineer will also contribute to governance and commercial objectives, mentor junior staff, and support capability development within the team. This position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and offers the opportunity to work with large-scale enterprise environments and collaborate with Australian stakeholders and vendors.
Must have
- 5–10 years’ experience delivering enterprise technology projects across Networking, Security, Cloud, or Collaboration environments.
- Systems integrator or enterprise background with hands-on project delivery experience.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Palo Alto PCNSE, Aruba, Fortinet or Juniper highly regarded.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with international teams.
