Lead Product Designer (UI/UX)
About the role
Homey is seeking a Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) to take ownership of the design direction for its AI-native UK PropTech platform, working from Colombo. The role involves leading the end-to-end user experience across web and mobile, setting design standards, building and maintaining the design system, and collaborating closely with the founder, product lead, and engineers. - Outstanding visual and interaction craft, and expert Figma skills (components, auto layout, variables, prototyping)
- Experience building or running a design system that engineers use
- Experience designing both complex web apps or dashboards and consumer mobile or web flows
- Comfort running user research and usability tests yourself
