Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst
About the role
Codimite is seeking a Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst to transform complex marketing, customer, and market data into actionable insights that drive business growth. The role involves forecasting performance, identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing investments, building predictive models, and translating data into clear recommendations for strategic decision-making. The position offers the chance to work with advanced AI technologies and tools, supporting global clients and collaborating with a dynamic team.
Must have
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and digital analytics.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI/visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion analysis, and experimentation.
- Experience with forecasting, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources and APIs.
- Strong understanding of marketing performance and commercial/business outcomes.
- Ability to define measurable KPIs, targets, and experimentation frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and actions for management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth-oriented, decision-focused mindset.
- Experience in B2B technology/SaaS, AI/Cloud, SEO, social media analytics, market research, and competitive intelligence would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of BigQuery, predictive modeling, lead scoring, marketing automation, paid media, CRM/attribution, and identifying emerging growth opportunities would be an added advantage
