About the role
The Telecom Technical Officer / Project Engineer role at Tech Ventures (Pvt) Ltd involves participating in ongoing 5G Telecom installation projects. Key responsibilities include 5G Base Station (BTS) and Microwave installations, conducting Technical Site Surveys (TSS), and preparing detailed reports. Candidates should have relevant technical qualifications and the ability to manage technical teams, work independently to meet targets, and possess strong leadership skills. The position requires 3-5 years of post-qualifying experience in BTS and MW installations. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Must have
- Relevant technical qualifications for the position
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized institute
- Ability to work independently to meet targets
- Strong leadership skills
- Should have the required technical knowledge to manage technical teams and coordinate with the service providers
- 03 - 05 years post qualifying Experience in following areas required BTS and MW installations
Nice to have
- Experience in similar telecom work will be an advantage
