About the role
H Connect International is seeking a Head of Consulting to lead consulting engagements from strategy development through to execution and delivery. The role involves identifying business improvement opportunities, designing solutions to enhance operational efficiency, and partnering with senior client stakeholders to address business challenges. The Head of Consulting will facilitate client presentations, manage cross-functional teams, oversee project risks, and drive operational excellence across client organizations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in consulting, project management, and business transformation, with strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership. Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- 10-12 years of proven experience in consulting, project management, business transformation, operational excellence, or process improvement.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong exposure to global clients and international stakeholder management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to engage and present to C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical and impactful solutions.
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership approach and strong execution capability
