Business Analyst
About the role
RSP ENTERPRISES is seeking a dynamic, analytical, and self-motivated Business Analyst to support business performance, process improvement, and management decision-making. The role involves analyzing business and operational data, preparing management reports, identifying process inefficiencies, gathering business requirements, and coordinating with departments to monitor performance and drive improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a relevant degree, at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field, and strong analytical and communication skills. The company operates across multiple sectors, including engineering and industrial solutions.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operational analysis or a related role. Exposure to the engineering or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, business process mapping and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
