Senior Information Technology Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Information Technology Project Manager will be responsible for managing web projects for international clients, coordinating between clients and internal web teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role involves gathering requirements, tracking tasks and timelines, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and resolving issues to maintain high standards and client satisfaction. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in web project management or similar roles, a strong understanding of web technologies, and excellent English communication skills. The position is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours (night shift in Sri Lanka).
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in web project management, project coordination, client management, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
- Previous experience working directly with international/foreign clients is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of web technologies, web-based solutions, or web integrations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.
Highlights
