AI Native Delivery Manager
About the role
The AI Native Delivery Manager at Gapstars is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of internal product initiatives and providing delivery support to client teams as needed. The role involves converting product priorities into actionable work, coordinating the delivery process from discovery through release and adoption, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance delivery speed, clarity, and quality. Key responsibilities include backlog management, stakeholder engagement, user story documentation, sprint coordination, UAT leadership, and continuous process improvement. The position requires significant experience in product delivery, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and AI-assisted tools. Must have
- 7+ years of experience in product delivery, product ownership or business analysis for software products.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into precise, testable requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, UAT and software releases.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through without close supervision.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, data flows and role-based systems.
- Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools in product delivery, business analysis or software delivery workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with internal platforms, HR technology or data products is an advantage.
