E Commerce Marketplace Specialist (Remote)
About the role
The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist at Asiawise Lanka Pvt Ltd is responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, Google, and eBay. The role focuses on increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, driving sales growth, and maximizing advertising ROI through data-driven strategies and performance optimization. Key responsibilities include planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing campaign data, monitoring key performance metrics, optimizing ad creatives and product listings, supporting promotional campaigns, maintaining account health, and preparing performance reports. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital advertising, a strong understanding of performance marketing, and the ability to analyze data and manage campaigns independently. The position is remote and offers a competitive, negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications.
Must have
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, eBay Ads, or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce advertising logic
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple accounts or multiple product lines
- Familiarity with international e-commerce markets
- Knowledge of conversion optimization and growth strategies
