AI Content Innovation Specialist
About the role
TechZnap is seeking an AI Content Innovation Specialist to join their network of AI and entertainment YouTube channels. The role involves discovering and testing new AI tools across video, image, voice, music, writing, and automation, and translating these discoveries into compelling video ideas and workflow improvements. The specialist will pitch video concepts, provide research notes for scriptwriters, and help develop new content formats as the network expands. Candidates should have hands-on experience with modern AI tools, a strong research mindset, creative storytelling ability, sound judgment about AI's strengths and limits, understanding of YouTube content dynamics, and strong written English skills.
Must have
- Hands-on experience across several AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs or Suno, and curiosity about every new one.
- You dig past the hype, test tools properly, and know the difference between a demo and real value.
- You can turn a tool into a story viewers care about, not a feature list.
- You know where AI shines and where it fails, and your own judgement shapes the final result.
- You understand hooks, thumbnails and what keeps people watching.
- Strong written English.
Nice to have
- Experience in tech research, content strategy or product testing
- Experience with automation tools or building AI workflows
