Analyst, Chargeback- POS
About the role
The Analyst, Chargeback- POS at Ansell is responsible for managing, validating, analyzing, and optimizing customer and distributor Point of Sale (POS) data for the North America business. The role supports commercial excellence by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of POS data used for sales reporting, forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, rebate programs, and strategic business insights. The analyst will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners to drive data quality improvements, enhance reporting capabilities, and support digital transformation initiatives such as OneERP and commercial analytics programs. Key responsibilities include data collection and maintenance, monitoring data quality, developing reports and dashboards, automating reporting processes, and serving as the primary contact for POS reporting and data-related inquiries.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Data Management, or POS reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and data modeling.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, industrial safety, medical device, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
- Knowledge of distributor POS reporting within healthcare and industrial channels.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Informatica, or other ERP platforms.
- Familiarity with data governance, master data management, and commercial analytics.
- Experience with Python, AI-driven analytics tools, or workflow automation technologies.
