About the role
Vista Essential Foods (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an Assistant - IT & Network Administration to support daily IT operations at their Bandaragama / Millaniya location. The role involves providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, maintaining IT systems and equipment, and coordinating with vendors for repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or certificate in IT or a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and IT asset management. The company is a newly established provider of essential food products in Sri Lanka, aiming to build a dynamic team for future growth.
Must have
- Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant IT support experience.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, MS Office, and Windows.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computers, printers, and network connectivity.
- Knowledge of IT asset/inventory management.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and support users in a manufacturing environment.
