Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Hardware & Support: Skilled in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting PC hardware, printers, and peripherals
- Software: Proficient in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and standard business applications
- Networking: Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Security & Data: Familiar with cybersecurity fundamentals, antivirus tools, data backups, and best practices
- Problem-Solving & Communication: Analytical problem-solver with strong communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Attributes: Self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks, and fluent in English
