Pre Sales Engineer - Network & Security

About the role

The Pre Sales Engineer - Network & Security at ICT Distribution will provide technical expertise and presales support for the company's security product portfolio. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops, as well as preparing technical proposals, bills of quantities, and responses to RFPs. The engineer will engage with partners and enterprise customers to understand security requirements and assist in designing security architectures and recommending solutions. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, at least 2 years of experience with cybersecurity or security products, and strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and security tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, are also required.
