IT Executive (Female)
About the role
The IT Executive (Female Only) at St. George International Teacher Training Institute (Pvt) Ltd. is responsible for operating and monitoring Smart Boards, managing online meetings and lectures via Zoom, handling printing and photocopying of academic materials, and acting as the first point of contact for technical issues related to academic equipment. The role requires ensuring the smooth operation and availability of IT and academic equipment during lectures and other institute activities. Candidates must have a diploma or HND in a relevant field, good knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, familiarity with Zoom and online meeting platforms, and strong organizational skills. The position is based in Negombo and supports academic staff as needed.
Must have
- Diploma or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Hardware or a related field.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Zoom and online meeting platforms.
- Ability to handle Smart Boards, printers, photocopiers and other academic equipment.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and a responsible attitude.
- Ability to work independently and support academic staff when required.
