Infrastructure Engineer
About the role
The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting core IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, backups, security, and device management. The role covers both on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring operational resilience and supporting users and systems. Key responsibilities include managing physical and virtual servers, backup and disaster recovery, identity and access management, network and security administration, collaboration platforms, monitoring, patch management, and compliance. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Candidates should have a relevant degree and significant experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure operations.
Must have

- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure operations.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Google Workspace.
- Working knowledge of networking, cloud services, and ITSM tools.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE), AWS, Azure, or ITIL are preferred.
