About the role

TeamIn is seeking a Specialist - Technical Delivery & Operations to manage and execute technical projects from conception to launch for their BPO clients in the UK. The role involves building and improving websites, integrating various systems, implementing automations, setting up analytics, and coordinating with external partners. The ideal candidate will independently deliver projects, solve technical problems, and ensure smooth project delivery with minimal client intervention. The position is onsite and requires strong web development and integration skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and suppliers.

Must have

Evidence that you have independently delivered real projects into production.
Strong practical web skills including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Git, APIs and integrations.
Experience with Shopify and modern web platforms.
Experience with automation tools and connecting software systems together.
Strong use of AI coding tools, including the ability to review, debug and test their output rather than trusting it blindly.
The ability to diagnose unfamiliar technical problems independently.
Strong written and spoken English.
High attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
Comfortable communicating directly with clients, suppliers and technical support teams.
Good commercial judgement. You should understand that the objective is normally more enquiries, more sales, lower operating effort or a better customer experience, not simply shipping features.

Highlights

This is a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 6-month probation period. The role is onsite in Pepiliyana, with working hours from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (April-October) and 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (November-March), Sri Lanka time, Monday to Friday. Immediate joiners are preferred (within 14 days of interview). Drop-off transportation is provided within a 20KM radius from the office.
