Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead
About the role
The Senior Program Manager / Delivery Lead will be responsible for program mobilization, delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, commercial control, and ensuring a successful transition from Discovery into implementation for enterprise technology or data transformation projects. The role involves leading the delivery team, managing program plans and milestones, overseeing governance forums, controlling scope and commercial impacts, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and program closure. Candidates must have extensive experience in program or project leadership, particularly in complex, multi-region data transformation programs, and possess strong communication and governance skills. The position is onsite, full-time for a 2-year contract, with occasional overseas travel required. Must have
- 12+ years program/project leadership in enterprise technology or data transformation.
- Experience in delivering at least 1 complex, multi-region data transformation program within the last 5 years.
- Experience leading multi-workstream, multi-stakeholder delivery.
- Strong RAID, dependency, change and commercial management.
- Governance forum design and facilitation
- Ability to operate with executive stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong written communication and governance discipline.
