About the role
The Manager – Cloud Infrastructure & Security will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring its security, reliability, and scalability. This individual contributor role involves overseeing Azure infrastructure, implementing cloud security best practices, managing network connectivity, optimizing infrastructure, and coordinating with business stakeholders. The position requires strong hands-on experience with Azure, cloud security, and networking, as well as the ability to travel to company factories and business locations. The role is based in Colombo for a leading FMCG group, with a competitive salary package and additional benefits.
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing and maintaining existing Azure environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and network infrastructure.
- Ability to enhance and improve existing cloud infrastructure.
- Willingness to travel to company factories and other business locations.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services.
- Sound knowledge of cloud security, including Zero Trust architecture.
- Strong networking knowledge, including DNS, routing, firewalls, and connectivity.
- Experience in infrastructure planning, capacity management, and cloud cost optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Azure certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and enterprise-scale infrastructure will be an advantage.

Highlights
The role includes a gross monthly salary of LKR 250,000 – 300,000, a company vehicle, and fuel. Approximately 20% travel to company factories and business locations is required. Microsoft Azure certifications and experience with hybrid cloud environments are advantageous.
