About the role

Voigue, a Melbourne-based company specializing in offshore staffing and managed IT services for Australian businesses, is seeking an IT Support Technician to manage internal IT operations and support managed IT clients. The role involves providing helpdesk and end-user support for a team of over 50, administering Microsoft 365, managing endpoint security and network infrastructure, supporting telephony systems, and maintaining web hosting and IT assets. The technician will also be responsible for reporting, procurement, and liaising with external vendors and developers. The position is onsite at Orion City, Dematagoda, and operates during Australian working hours.

Must have

  • 2–4 years in IT support or systems administration, ideally at an MSP or in a multi-client environment
  • Strong Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online admin skills
  • Hands-on networking: routing, VPN/IPsec, firewalls (Cisco and/or Fortinet) and fault diagnosis with traceroute, MTR and similar tools
  • Experience with RMM and endpoint security tools (NinjaOne, ESET or similar); PowerShell scripting is a plus
  • Clear written English – you'll deal directly with Australian clients and vendors
  • An ownership mindset: comfortable working independently, following vendors up until things are fixed, and documenting what you do
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend work during outages and planned changes
