About the role
The AI Transformation Executive at Ceylon Tea Brokers PLC will be responsible for driving growth and leading the adoption of AI technologies within the organization. The role involves translating business challenges into technology solutions, implementing AI tools and automation platforms, and collaborating with technical teams to drive business adoption. Candidates should have a strong background in technology implementation, AI, and business process automation, as well as essential soft skills such as adaptability, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. The company is a leading tea brokering firm listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange and offers an opportunity to work in a fast-growing environment.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technology implementation, with at least the most recent year involving extensive hands-on work with AI technologies and solutions.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate operational challenges into technology solutions.
- Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, AI agents, and business process automation.
- Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, APIs, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions and drive business adoption.
