About the role
SevenX is seeking passionate and motivated IT Professionals for deployment at client sites in Colombo. The company is hiring for two roles: IT Support Specialists and IT Assistants (24/7 Roster Basis). IT Support Specialists are responsible for installation, setup, and resolution of hardware and software issues, administration and first-level support, managing servers and backups, and coordinating with IT teams. IT Assistants provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot issues, support Microsoft 365 and other applications, and deliver customer-focused IT support on a 24/7 shift basis. Both roles require strong communication and problem-solving skills, with IT Support Specialists needing at least 2 years of experience, and IT Assistants open to fresh graduates. Must have
