Technical Lead
About the role
KAYA is seeking a Technical Lead to architect, design, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for their AI Multi-Agent workflow orchestration and domain solutions platform. The role involves developing and optimizing core AI/ML features, leading fullstack platform development, deploying AI models, and providing technical leadership to the engineering team. Candidates should have significant experience in AI/ML, fullstack development, and cloud-based AI solutions, with strong programming skills and expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. The company operates in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on building high-impact AI-powered products for regulated organizations.
Must have
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and fullstack development.
- Expertise in building AI-powered applications, leveraging LLMs, NLP, and deep learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Node.js, TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience in microservices, REST/WebSockets, and real-time API development.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in vector databases, RAG-based search, and AI-powered data retrieval.
- Expertise in GenAI Development and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in LangChain, Haystack, LangGraph for AI-driven workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) & semantic search optimization.
- Experience in vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Neo4j) and graph-based AI solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text technologies (Whisper, Google Text-to-Speech).
- Backend expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot.
- Frontend skills with React.js, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in Microservices Architecture & API Development.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps (Jenkins, OpenShift, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of AI-powered Search & Semantic Understanding (HyDE, MMR, LLM reranking).
Nice to have
- Experience in AI-powered chatbot & IVR automation.
- Proficiency in Dashboard Development & AI Monitoring (Splunk, AppDynamics, OpenTelemetry).
- Ability to optimize real-time AI solutions using WebSockets and analytics-driven AI interactions.
