SAP Implementation Specialist
About the role
Nawaloka Hospitals PLC is hiring an experienced SAP Implementation Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives and ensure successful SAP implementation, optimization, and integration across hospital operations. The role involves leading and supporting SAP implementation, configuration, and enhancement activities, analyzing business requirements, collaborating with various teams, supporting SAP modules and integrations, providing user training and documentation, and identifying process improvement opportunities. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, experience with SAP implementation and support, and a strong understanding of finance and IT systems.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
- Professional SAP certifications will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance (SAP FI/CO) processes.
- Experience working with SAP ERP / S4HANA environments.
- Good understanding of IT systems, databases, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage implementation timelines and deliverables.
