The Business Solutions Specialist – UAV Division at WPS Inplace is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting UAV and geospatial solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires a strong background in business development or account management, with a focus on technical or geospatial solutions being advantageous. The company is a leading HR and IT outsourcing provider in Sri Lanka, known for delivering high-quality workforce solutions across industries.
Must have
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management / Business Development (experience in UAV, Geospatial, or Technical Solution Sales will be a strong advantage).
- Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into practical customer value propositions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong coordination and multi-tasking ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
- A proactive, result-oriented personality with a passion for emerging technology solutions.
Nice to have
- A valid driving license would be an added advantage.
