IT Executive - Seethawaka
About the role
The Information Technology Executive will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT hardware and software systems through effective troubleshooting and timely issue resolution. Key responsibilities include managing and providing technical support for network infrastructure (LAN/WAN connectivity, PABX system, CCTV network), coordinating IT vendors and service providers, and maintaining Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure. The role requires a degree or diploma in IT or a related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience, sound knowledge of IT policies and procedures, and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) systems. The position is based at Hirdaramani Seethawaka.
Must have
- Degree and/ or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Sound knowledge of IT policies, procedures, and best practices; experience with ISO IT Standards and compliance will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) systems.
