Manger - IT
About the role
The Manager - IT will lead IT operations at the Head Office and company locations, overseeing IT support teams and ensuring timely issue resolution. Key responsibilities include managing IT inventories, equipment allocation, asset verification, coordinating asset issuance and recovery, managing mobile phones and service providers, and ensuring IT security and cost-effective resource planning. Candidates should have a degree or MBA in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5–10 years of relevant IT operations experience and at least 2 years at a management level. Strong knowledge of IT equipment, networks, Wi-Fi, troubleshooting, asset control, documentation, and coordination skills are required. Professional IT certifications and multi-location experience are considered advantageous. Must have
- Degree or MBA in IT, Computer Science or a related field
- 5–10 years of relevant IT operations, technical support or IT asset management experience
- Minimum 2 years at management level and experience leading an IT support team
- Strong knowledge of IT equipment, networks, Wi-Fi and troubleshooting
- Strong asset control, documentation and coordination skills
Nice to have
- Professional IT certifications and multi-location experience are advantages
