Technical Business Analyst / Senior
About the role
This position is for a Technical Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for leading requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution documentation for software projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, preparing requirement specifications and user stories, collaborating with development and QA teams, and supporting solution validation and user acceptance testing. The candidate should be able to work independently, manage client relationships, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of project requirements. The company is seeking someone with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and a passion for business analysis and product delivery.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years for BA and 4+ for SBA roles.
- Good understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for learning and building expertise in business analysis and product delivery.
