Engineer
About the role
The Engineer position serves as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance at the Tech Bar. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues on various devices, supporting operating systems, applications, and network-related problems, and assisting users with IT equipment setup. Additional responsibilities include logging and managing incidents, escalating complex issues, maintaining high customer service standards, educating users, supporting AV technologies for meetings and events, and creating knowledge articles. The position requires proven experience in a customer-facing IT support role, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, experience in SQL, familiarity with common software applications, basic networking understanding, and strong communication and organizational skills. Relevant IT certifications are considered a plus.
Must have
